TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS.
  1. Privacy Policy. We will use your details for the transaction only, no details will be stored by 3A taxis so future transactions will need to be processed using fresh details.
  2. Refunds are possible if you give us 24 hours cancellation notice otherwise we reserve the right not to give a full refund as we need to replace the lost work that we have turned away to complete your trip.
  3. Credit card charges are 3.5% to cover administration costs.
  4. Authorisation. We may ask to make an authorisation on your credit/debit card this is to cover our costs if you don't turn up and won't be processed without first notifying you that we intend to do so. ( Mainly for jobs where we have to travel a long distance to collect you).
  5. All complaints should be forwarded to the following address:- 3A Taxis. 6 Ducketts Lane, Green Tye, Much Hadham, Herts. SG106JW. (This is not a taxi office. This address is where our credit card processing account is registered and we do not wish to receive random mail).
